Is the app available to download?
Not from the store yet — Snapwalk is in review for the App Store. Join the list on the home page and we will send a note the day it goes live. Android is not scheduled yet.
Why did a scan refuse my photo?
The app refuses when a plate looks like multiple dishes or the food is not recognizable, instead of inventing a number. Try a clearer single-dish photo with good light.
How many free scans do I get?
The free plan is limited to 3 scans per day (your local day). A paid plan, when available through the stores, removes that daily cap.
How do I delete my account?
Once the app is live, account deletion is available inside the signed-in app (required for store compliance). If you need help before that control is reachable, email us at the address above with the email on the account.
